Delivery is carried out by our own Hometest couriers, and we aim to be with you in the time-slot provided. You will receive a text message alert with your courier's details as soon as they begin their journey to you.

As these are single-use and highly sensitive medical tests and due to our rapid delivery times, there are no refunds within 24 hours of your allotted test slot. If you mistakenly order a test in advance, or you no longer need a future test, please contact customer service as soon as possible for a refund or reschedule.
